Clinical Mental Health Counselor
My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe each person already possesses strengths that can serve as a foundation for healing and growth.
Together, we will explore challenges, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.
